I contacted Draw-Tite about the Class III Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch, item # 41004. Draw-Tite informed me that the measurement they have is 5-3/4 inches from the mounting location to the top of the receiver tube that the drawbar slides into.
I do have the following hitches in stock for your truck and measured the distance from the top of the receiver tube to where it mounts to the frame and got the following dimensions.

I went out to the warehouse to measure Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 41904. From the center of one mounting hole to the center of the one on the opposite side is 35 inches. This means that it will fit the pickup models that have the 37-1/4 inch wide frame but not cab and chassis models with the narrow 34 inch frame. view full answer...

Curt says the Gooseneck Flat Plate # C65500 can be installed to the frame rails with a minimum of six 1/2 inch Grade 5 mounting bolts, but that would not allow the plate to meet the 30,000 lbs. GTW rating. They have not tested the plate by itself so it is not rated for a certain capacity. The strength of the gooseneck plate comes from the mounting crossbars and the frame itself, so the capacity would vary greatly depending on your installation.

When mounted, the top of the receiver of the Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch, # 41001, will sit 5-1/2 inches below the frame rail. So you can simply measure 5-1/2 inches from the bottom of your frame rail to see if the receiver will clear your Barden Bumper.

I went to our warehouse and measured one the Westin Bumper, part # 20002-92230, for you. It measures 74 inches end-to-end. The Westin # 20000-92230 is 74" long x 8" tall x 8" wide and comes with custom mounting brackets for a 1967 Ford F-100, F-150, F-250 or F-350. If this is the year, make and model truck you've got then this would be the only option available for you. The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TUR350 requires a minimum 5" space between where you mount the 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" bracket to your frame and axle pad. This allows the springs to have a 1" gap. The spring itself is 4" wide and the bracket is 4 1/2" wide and you will need a 1" gap to have clearance between your tires and frame. According to Redline, the # HP344G hinges don't carry a weight rating, but if Installed correctly, I can't see the hinges being the weak link. The strength of your ramp will be contingent on how it's constructed and the quality of the welds fastening the hinges to the trailer and tailgate. view full answer...
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15300 which is a fit for a 1977 Ford F-250 is designed for the factory gas tank. If you have an aftermarket gas tank then we would not be able to confirm fit but what I could do is provide you with the inner width of the hitch so you can measure to check compatibility. When measuring the frame width on a vehicle, you will need to measure from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other frame rail.
If you have the larger frame width of 37-1/4 inches you would want the Curt Hitch part # C15300, or if you have the 34 inch frame width (most likely cab and chassis model) you would want the part # 13028. view full answer...
The AxleTek # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K hub you'd looked at uses 1/2 inch-20 wheel studs. 1/2 inch diameter, 20 threads per inch. The lug nuts are included with the hub, as are the bearings, races, grease seal and the EZ Lube grease cap.
We don't carry TDE parts, but from my research, I've found that the # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K is a direct replacement for their 46210 hub.

B&W hitch # BWHDRH25122 is designed to fit many trucks including the 1967 Ford F-350 as long as it has (or had) a stock factory bumper. Most of the trucks of that era had a 34 inch frame width which this hitch will fit. But to answer your question the distance between the side plates is 33-3/8 inches and the hole center to hole center distance is 36 inches. I measured them myself.
